Catan - Junior is a simplified and fun version of Catan, designed primarily for younger players. The goal of the game is to become the Chief Captain.

The youngest player starts the game!

The board features a map with islands. The islands are numbered, and when the dice are rolled, the player standing on the island corresponding to the rolled number receives resources.

Players must collect resources to build ships, pirate lairs, and become the Chief Captain.
Each pirate lair gives a player 1 point. The Chief Captain is the one who first collects 7 points.
