Monabodi is a fun board game where the goal is to guess the phrases that the cards "mumble".
There are 500 cards in the game. They contain combinations of words, and when read aloud, their sound will hint at the real phrase. (For example: Real agent sip gulls – Relationship goals) The players' goal is to guess this phrase.
In each round, one of the players becomes the judge. They draw a card from the deck and turn it towards the players with the word combination facing them. The players read it aloud and try to guess the phrase by its sound.
The judge sees the real phrase, which is on the side of the card facing them. There is also a hint provided, which the judge tells the players when it becomes difficult to guess the phrase.
A round lasts 60 seconds (the judge keeps time using the hourglass included in the game), or ends when the players guess 3 cards. The player to the left of the judge becomes the new judge.
The player who guesses the phrase keeps the card as a victory token. Each card is worth 1 point.
The winner is the first player to reach 13 points.
