Gringotts Card is a loyalty program of Ollivander Group, created exclusively for our loyal customers. Through the card, customers can accumulate Galleons (points) and then exchange them for their desired items. Loyalty cardholders also enjoy exclusive offers and access.

Cashback on every purchase

Gringotts Cardholders accumulate Galleons on every purchase. 1 Galleon equals 1 GEL. Accumulated Galleons can be exchanged at all branches of Ollivander Group brands.

The percentage of the paid amount returned as Galleons to the Gringotts Card is variable and depends on the current year's spending. The cashback percentage and, consequently, the card, have 3 tiers:

1. I Tier - Silver - If the customer's annual spending is from 0 GEL to 500 GEL, they will receive 5% of the amount paid back to their Gringotts Card from each purchase.
2. II Tier - Gold - If the customer's annual spending is from 500 GEL to 1,000 GEL, they will receive 10% of the amount paid back to their Gringotts Card from each purchase.
3. III Tier - Platinum - If the customer's annual spending is above 1,000 GEL, they will receive 15% of the amount paid back to their Gringotts Card from each purchase.

Customer spending is reset at 23:00 on December 31st of each year. On January 1st of each subsequent year, the tier counting starts anew.

Galleons are not accumulated when paying with points.

It is possible to accumulate Galleons while using other promotions and/or discounts.

Cavea Tickets and Cavea Plus Subscription

Gringotts Cardholders who have a monthly spending of at least 150 GEL will receive 2 cinema ticket vouchers within 3 calendar days of making a purchase.

Gringotts Cardholders who have a monthly spending of at least 300 GEL will, in addition to 2 cinema ticket vouchers, receive a 1-month Cavea Plus subscription within 3 calendar days of making a purchase.

The number of benefits (ticket vouchers and subscriptions) received by the customer will increase proportionally to the increase in spending.

Privileged Access to Private Screenings and Premiere Events

Gringotts Cardholders enjoy privileged access to Cavea's private screenings and premiere events. Furthermore, invitations will be distributed with the following priority until limited seats are exhausted:

First Priority: Platinum Gringotts Cardholders

Second Priority: Gold Gringotts Cardholders

Third Priority: Silver Gringotts Cardholders

The Gringotts Card is digital and can only be opened in our physical stores.
