The Gringotts Card is OllivanderGroup's loyalty program, created exclusively for our loyal customers. Cardholders can earn Galleons
(points) with every purchase and redeem them for items of their choice. Loyalty cardholders also enjoy exclusive offers and privileged access to special experiences.
Cashback on Every Purchase
Gringotts Card holders earn Galleons with every purchase. 1 Galleon is equivalent to 1 GEL. Accumulated Galleons can be redeemed at any branch of any OllivanderGroup brand.
The cashback rate credited to a Gringotts Card in the form of Galleons varies depending on the customer's spending during the current calendar year. The program has three membership tiers, each offering a different cashback rate:
Tier I - Silver
If a customer's annual spending is between GEL 0 - GEL 500, 5% of the amount paid on each purchase will be credited to theirs Gringotts Card in Galleons.
Tier II - Gold
If a customer's annual spending is between GEL 500 - GEL 1000, 10% of the amount paid on each purchase will be credited to theirs Gringotts Card in Galleons.
Tier III - Platinum
If a customer's annual spending exceeds GEL 1000, 15% of the amount paid on each purchase will be credited to theirs Gringotts Card in Galleons.
Customer's annual spending totals reset at 11:00 PM on December 31 each year. On january 1, the tier calculation starts anew..
Galleons are not earned on purchases paid for using Galleons.
Galleons can still be earned when making purchases using other promotions and/or discounts.
Cavea Cinema Tickets and Cavea Plus Subscription
Gringotts Card holders who spend at least GEL 150 per month will receive two cinema ticket vouchers within three calendar days of making a purchase.
Gringotts Card holders who spend at least GEL 300 per month will receive two cinema ticket vouchers, plus a one-month Cavea Plus subscription, within three calendar days of making a purchase.
The number of benefits received, including cinema ticket vouchers and Cavea Plus subscriptions, increases proportionally with the customer’s spending.
Priority Access to Private Screenings and Premiere Events
Gringotts Card holders enjoy priority access to Cavea’s private screenings and premiere events. Invitations are allocated according to the following priority order, subject to availability:
1. First priority: Platinum Gringotts Card holders
2. Second priority: Gold Gringotts Card holders
3. Third priority: Silver Gringotts Card holders
The Gringotts Card is digital and can only be activated at our physical stores.
